Olevo is a small family olive oil business in Viterbo Italy. We have two groves on the outskirts of town in the mineral rich volcanic soil of the region, and keep our groves in long grass seeded with herbs and flowers to encourage biodiversity. We are committed organic farmers, and no pesticides, chemicals, detergents, or additives are used at any stage of the process.

We hand pick the olives ourselves with family members and friends, cold press the oil at the local mill, and bottle and label the oil ourselves too. It’s biological and biodynamic, and we produce only a small amount of oil each year, which we sell to a select number of clients, restaurants, and on our website. We deliver anywhere in Europe, using express couriers.
