Olevo Italia is a family project, a small family olive growing business run by Albertina and her family, with the help of a few friends and locals. We have two small groves on the outskirts of Viterbo, Italy which produce a small and exclusive amount of pure biological and biodynamic olive oil each year. We use the oil ourselves; it’s in our kitchen and on our table.
We tend to the groves ourselves, pick the olives ourselves with the help of local workers, transport the crates to the local mill, bottle and label the oil ourselves, and sell what we don’t gift to friends and family to a select number of local businesses, restaurants, private customers, and on our own website. We are a committed to local business, traditional farming techniques, and organic products. Join us!
