Olevo is a small family local business. Our olive oil comes exclusively from our own groves in the mineral rich volcanic soil around Viterbo, Italy. We have less that 1000 trees, in two groves that we maintain ourselves with the help of family members and friends.

We are committed to biodiversity, and our oil is certified biological and biodynamic. The olive groves are cultivated organically, without any pesticides or chemicals, and grown from saplings in long grass seeded with herbs and flowers.
