Olevo is made exclusively from Canino olives. The oil is smooth, rich, slightly fruity to taste, with some grassy notes and a slight pungency at the front of the palate. It is excellent as a full flavored cooking oil, and perfect with salads and as garnish or dressing, or even on a slice of bread with a pinch of salt.
