Our olive groves and trees are tended organically without pesticides or chemicals. The olives are hand picked and cold pressed the same day, at the local mill, then bottled immediately, without preservatives, flavoring, or coloring. It’s pure, organic, biological, extravirgin olive oil. Nothing else.

Olevo is a small Italian family farm in the hills outside Viterbo Italy. We are committed to biodiversity, regenerative farming, organic produce, and biological products, and produce a select range of the highest quality extra virgin olive oil, preserves, sauces, and traditional soaps.
