A real Italian family farm
Olevo is a small family farm, olive groves, and vegetable gardens in the mineral rich volcanic soil in the hills outside Viterbo, Italy. It produces extra virgin olive oil, preserves, sauces, and handmade soaps sold to private customers, local markets, restaurants, and international distributors.
Committed to biodiversity
The olive groves and gardens are cultivated organically, without any pesticides, artificial fertilizers, or chemicals. The groves are kept in long grass seeded with herbs and flowers which encourage biodiversity and enrich the soil, and the regenerative gardens use only natural composts, microbes, and fungi.
Dedicated to quality
The olives are picked by hand and cold-pressed without preservatives or additives the same day at the local mill, ensuring the quality and freshness of the oil. The preserves and sauces use only natural organic ingredients with no artificial agents, chemicals, or coloring.
